Terms of Service

Kingdom Foundation is a charitable institution registered in Kenya. The Foundation owns and operates this site and platform. Reference to "we", "us" or "Kingdom" means Kingdom Foundation and its authorised programs.

You may use this platform to learn about our work, give, pledge, volunteer, apply as a partner, request grants, subscribe to dispatches, and contact us. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.
• Use the platform to launder funds, finance violence or evade tax.
• Scrape, harvest or republish content without written permission.
• Interfere with the integrity, security or performance of the platform.

When you pledge or give:

• Pledges are non-binding commitments of intent. We honour your right to vary or stop them at any time.
• Completed gifts are final and non-refundable once disbursed to programs, except where required by law or where a clear processing error has occurred (notify us within 30 days).
• All transactions are processed by regulated rails (M-Pesa Daraja, Airtel Money, Stripe, our banks). Their terms apply to the payment leg.
• Funds are stewarded under our published 50/25/25 policy (programs / operations / reserve), audited annually.
• Tax-deductibility depends on your jurisdiction; we provide receipts for Kenyan tax purposes.

Becoming a local partner or volunteer requires acceptance of additional program-specific terms (MOUs, safeguarding policies, code of conduct). We reserve the right to verify, suspend or end any partnership that falls short of our governance standards or harms beneficiaries.

All text, photos, stories, marks and design on this site are owned by Kingdom Foundation or used with permission. You may share our public content with attribution and a link back. Commercial reuse requires written permission. Partner logos remain the property of their owners.

By submitting content (stories, partner documents, testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for Foundation purposes (impact reporting, fundraising, governance), and you confirm you have the right to share it and to obtain any required consents from third parties depicted.

The platform integrates payment rails, email infrastructure, analytics and other third-party services. Their terms govern your interaction with them. We choose providers carefully but are not responsible for their independent acts.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we work hard to keep information accurate and the platform available, we do not warrant uninterrupted service, freedom from error, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Kingdom Foundation, its trustees, staff and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud or wilful misconduct.

You agree to indemnify the Foundation against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your infringement of any third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these Terms, threatens the integrity of the platform, or jeopardises the safety of beneficiaries.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved first through good-faith dialogue with our governance steward, and if unresolved, by the courts of Nairobi.

We may update these Terms as the platform and law evolve. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page and to subscribers. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
