Senior Lecturer of Linguistics and institutional University Chaplain at Maasai Mara University, with decades of intersecting experience in academic instruction and pastoral care. His scholarship spans forensic linguistics, courtroom translation, language rights and intercultural communication, while his ministry, rooted in the Baringo Evangelistic Team of the 1980s and 90s, has shaped high school outreach, youth mentorship and institutional chaplaincy across Kenya. As Chair and Trustee, he anchors the moral, spiritual and ethical foundations of the Foundation, ensuring alignment between strategy, scripture and the dignity of the communities served.

Thomas Ochieng Ojanga

Zurich, Switzerland

Accomplished entrepreneur and corporate leader with a global track record across banking, fintech and public sector transformation. Former Executive at additiv AG, Vice President at UBS, Director at Credit Suisse, EMEA Head of Financial Services Technologies at Deloitte and CEO at Quantum Global. Architect of Kenya's Integrated Population Registry and the STAWI MSME credit exchange. Part-time lecturer in Project Management at the University of Applied Sciences, Zurich.

Trustee, International Trade Law & Human Rights

Faith Cheruiyot

Nairobi, Kenya

Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and distinguished scholar of international trade law, human rights and agricultural policy. Trained through the Diplomacy Training Program and WTO Human Rights and Trade programs, she interrogates how global trade frameworks shape smallholder farmers across East Africa. She has advised on strategic negotiations, built community legal aid clinics and bridged government and rural stakeholders to make policy more inclusive. As Trustee, she anchors the Foundation's commitment to dignified livelihoods, lawful enterprise and the protection of rural communities.

Xavier Yego

Leadership and development professional with a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Management, bringing valuable experience from the United Nations and diverse international environments. His expertise spans project coordination, stakeholder engagement, cross-cultural collaboration and organisational management. Passionate about sustainable development, community empowerment and values-driven leadership, Xavier oversees the coordination and implementation of the Foundation's activities, supports strategic planning, strengthens operational efficiency and works closely with partners and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programmes that transform lives and empower communities. His commitment to servant leadership, social justice and inclusive development continues to guide his work in building stronger, more resilient communities.

Chief Financial Officer

Jacqueline Omusi, CPA

Nairobi, Kenya

Certified Public Accountant (CPA(K)) with a Master of Commerce in International Business Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Strathmore University, Nairobi. Jacqueline brings institutional discipline to the Foundation's financial stewardship, anchoring valuation, portfolio reporting and investor-facing financial discipline. She owns the investment process end to end, from first screen through deployment and post-close monitoring, spanning private equity, credit and real assets. Focus areas: investment origination and screening, due diligence and structuring, portfolio monitoring and valuation, treasury, audit and statutory reporting.

Chief Projects Officer

Daisy Chebet

Project management and development professional with over five years of experience across the humanitarian and development sector, specialising in project design, proposal development, grant management and stakeholder coordination. Holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Human Development. Anchored in faith-based values of compassion, integrity and service, she leads the Foundation's project portfolio to strengthen livelihoods, community resilience, social inclusion and human dignity.

Chief Partnerships Officer

Chief Technology Officer

Sandra Kimiring

Nairobi, Kenya

Technology leader responsible for the Foundation's digital backbone: platform engineering, KingdomPay and mobile money integration, data protection and the giving infrastructure that carries donor trust. She builds systems that are secure by design, auditable by default and accessible to communities on low-bandwidth networks, ensuring that every shilling given is traceable and every programme is measurable. Focus areas: platform architecture, payments and integrations, data security and privacy, analytics and impact reporting.
