Passionate about sustainable development, community empowerment and values-driven leadership, Xavier oversees the coordination and implementation of the Foundation's activities, supports strategic planning, strengthens operational efficiency and works closely with partners and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programmes that transform lives and empower communities. His commitment to servant leadership, social justice and inclusive development continues to guide his work in building stronger, more resilient communities.

Susan Ojwang

Accomplished operations and logistics professional with over five years of experience across human resources support, corporate events and team engagement, with a proven record of delivering high impact projects and large scale events across diverse organisations. Her expertise spans procurement coordination, onboarding, vendor management and the design of HR policies that build inclusive, compliant and people centred workplaces. Focus areas: executive and board support, HR policy and onboarding, procurement and vendors, corporate events.

Jacqueline Omusi, CPA

Nairobi, Kenya

Certified Public Accountant (CPA(K)) with a Master of Commerce in International Business Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Strathmore University, Nairobi. Jacqueline brings institutional discipline to the Foundation's financial stewardship, anchoring valuation, portfolio reporting and investor-facing financial discipline. She owns the investment process end to end, from first screen through deployment and post-close monitoring, spanning private equity, credit and real assets. Focus areas: investment origination and screening, due diligence and structuring, portfolio monitoring and valuation, treasury, audit and statutory reporting.

Daisy Chebet

Project management and development professional with over five years of experience across the humanitarian and development sector, specialising in project design, proposal development, grant management and stakeholder coordination. Holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Human Development. Anchored in faith-based values of compassion, integrity and service, she leads the Foundation's project portfolio to strengthen livelihoods, community resilience, social inclusion and human dignity.
