The People pillar funds the institutions that shape a life from cradle to calling: maternal and child health, early-years learning, primary and secondary schools, vocational and digital skills, women's enterprise, and the formation of community leaders. We do not measure by attendance. We measure by who a person becomes. and by who they, in turn, lift.
Each programme is a multi-year commitment. Capital, accompaniment and reporting are bundled together. not separated.
Integrated maternal-and-early-learning programme that links antenatal care, nutrition, and early childhood development centres to local primary schools, so a child enters Grade 1 already known, fed and ready.
Secondary-school scholarships paired with mentorship, menstrual-health support and a women-led alumni network that follows each girl into university, trade or enterprise.
Hands-on training in electrical, plumbing, tailoring, software and renewable-energy trades, certified jointly with industry partners and routed into apprenticeships before graduation.
An eighteen-month formation programme for community leaders. pastors, head teachers, cooperative chairs, civic officials. built on dialogue, accompaniment and shared retreats rather than classrooms.
Equipping and staffing maternal-care posts in under-served regions, with a chain-of-care referral system into district hospitals for complicated births and neonatal intensive care.
